There’s really no better way to punctuate a vineyard or rustic-themed wedding than with cork accents.
Perhaps Hemingway put it best when he stated wine is the most civilized thing in the world. The wedding world is finally catching on; more and more brides and grooms are paying homage to Hemingway’s statement by using an important symbol of wine: the cork.
It’s such a delight to see these lovely pieces integrated into weddings. Though most popular as place card and table number holders, corks also work well as photo props. But we’d love to see cork incorporated even more into wedding themes. Some ideas? Wrapped in ribbon on a bride’s bouquet, placed in glass jars or used as decorative statement pieces and displays.
