Bridal fashion week is not only great for viewing the collections up-close and personally, but it’s always nice to see and speak with the designers face-to-face.
That said, it’s always lovely to visit with our good friend Edgardo Bonilla. Our documentation of our New York City visit for bridal market continues today with a look at Mr. Bonilla’s latest fabulous collection.
Inspiration from his latest designs came from his grandmother, who recently passed away. His grandmother Rose loved gardening, so this collection was infused with a Rose theme. (See directly below for more.)
“Each dress is so detailed, it takes moments of observation to take it all in,” reflected Lovella Wedding Fashion Expert and Stylist Nayri on the collection. “Edgardo has intricate details at every angle of this collection. He’s played around with different laces, combining/blending them into one, and has created wonderful works of art.”
Keep your eyes open, too, for more Maria Elena Headpieces accessories: the broach in the first (two-tone) gown below, and a clutch with the pink ball gown in the following photos.
