Bridesmaid Trend: Tulle Dresses

Did you know our new salon features a bridesmaids lounge? It’s located upstairs, and we must admit – it’s fabulous! (Photos below.) That said, we’ve had more and more brides opting for tulle dresses for their bridesmaids. There’s no better time than spring and summertime to incorporate this light, heavenly fabric into your wedding fashion lineup. We’ve reported on tulle before and offered this description: “Lightweight, fine netting that got its name from a city in southern France. As much for fashion fantasy as it is for practical accents, tulle naturally has a special place in the wedding world.” Designer Amsale Aberra agrees. Ines Di Santo Spring 2013 Collection

Next up on our Spring 2013 Collection favorites list is the one and only Ines Di Santo. In our recent exclusive interview with the designer, she stated that “Art is everywhere.” After viewing this collection we believe her! In the latest designs we see so many wonderful elements that come together to create a cohesive array of gowns. As Brides reported, “Ruffles are such a Spring 2013 trend and we love it.” (Hint: Scroll down to the very first gown below.) And as The Wedding Co. observed, “It was total glam at the Ines Di Santo show.” We have our own observations, too. As usual there were the couple of short ‘n flirty gowns on the runway.
