The name of this gown is “Stunning,” which is exactly what Christina was on her wedding day: absolutely STUNNING! For her wedding to Kharen, Christina wore a royal duchess satin strapless satin ballgown by Kenneth Pool. And of course, no bridal look is complete without perfect shoes, and the white Louboutins completed this bride’s look. Christina and Kharen married at the Glenoaks Ballroom, which was spectacularly decked out for the event […]
Edgardo Bonilla, bridal designer and hidden gem in the wedding industry, was in our salon recently for a trunk show. Christine, one of our brides, had the incredible opportunity to work with Edgardo one-on-one to create her dream wedding gown. So what does it take to create a one-of-a-kind custom dress? Time, a vision, and a superb designer. And let us tell you, the results were dazzling. Christine went on to marry fiancé Patrick in a fabulous ceremony, and we can’t stop looking at some of their wedding photos from The Langham Huntington in Pasadena. (You can see Christine and Patrick’s engagement pictures here.) From sketch to gown, here’s a photo journey of how Christine’s custom couture creation came to be. ♥ Your Lovella Bridal Team Credits: Gown: Edgardo Bonilla / Venue: The Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa Pasadena / Photographer: Duke Photography
