On the eve of our Alvina Valenta Trunk Show weekend, we thought it appropriate to dig into the archives for this gem of a wedding and share a few additional photos not originally posted. Revisit our original post to see all the pretty details that was a part of her and Hryer’s big day, and view their feature on Style Me Pretty. In 2012 we shared Lovella Bride Parisa’s bridal luncheon on our blog, then details of her dreamy Beverly Hills wedding followed. Parisa, owner of Pretty Please Design, stunned in an Alvina Valenta dress complete with a Lazaro belt from Lovella Bridal. The veil, also from our salon, completed her look. Parisa embodied the Alvina Valenta bride: modern, fresh and effortlessly chic. If you’re loving her figure-defining lace confection, then you must make an appointment to attend the Alvina Valenta Trunk Show at Lovella this weekend! Call us at […]
Some weddings have an innate poshness to them; this is one of them. Lovella bride Roslidah looked marvelous in a strapless trumpet gown with a beautifully-embellished bust and trim by Ines Di Santo. The dress looked incredible with her complexion. Roslidah opted for dazzling statement earrings as her only jewelry; a fine choice. Her bridal look was made complete with chic Brian Atwood shoes and a nearly all-white bouquet. The bride and her groom David married at the famous Beverly Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills on a bright, sunny day. The couple walked up and down a picture-perfect aisle lined in bright pink and fuchsia petals. The reception space was outfitted in tall, tropical floral arrangements by Empty Vase Florist of Los Angeles, with a towering gilded wedding cake by The Butter End Cakery as a centerpiece to the room. Congratulations to Roslidah and David! Credits: Photography: Duke […]

What sophistication! Parisa, Pretty Please Design owner, “prettified,” as she put it, so many of the details that played a part in her low-key bridal luncheon in Beverly Hills. We’re talking detail-upon-prettified-detail of white, gold and beige with lovely embellishments like burlap, pearls, white lace and raffia that gave this soiree sweet, sweet life. All the details, like personalized pencils, pearl-wrapped champagne flutes, and a cage featuring calligraphy to fill with bridal advice, made us swoon. We think they’ll do the same to you. Parisa, too, is a Lovella bride. Look for her equally sophisticated wedding feature on our blog soon! In the meantime, enjoy all the lovely inspiration from Parisa’s pre-wedding lunch with the girls. This Beverly Hills wedding was something quite amazing. There’s glamour, love, and so many smiles by the bride! And though we can’t tell if it’s due to her company or her dress – probably both – we can’t help but think that Ines Di Santo gown was a big part of it. To us, an Ines Di Santo gown and Christian Louboutin shoes is one of the most fabulous wedding match-ups. And of course, LA photographer Henry Chen is the master of sunset images, and we have a can’t-miss shot below; you may find all the vendor credits by clicking his name. In fact, you will not want to miss any images in this post! Enjoy.
