Lovella Fashion Show at The Premier Bridal Event

We hosted the exclusive fashion show for the 4th annual Premier Bridal Event, presented by Harsanik.com and Fancy That! Events Sunday, March 10. We sent models down the runway in Ines Di Santo, Kenneth Pool, Edgardo Bonilla, Jorge Manuel gowns and Maria Elena Headpieces accessories. Arsineh Hairstylist and Makeup by Arpi made our models’ hair and makeup look terrific. Of course, there was more to the event than just our show. Area vendors, designers and artists were present to kick off the start of wedding season. White Night Design, Cake Studio, Tic-Tock Couture Florals, Royal Cakes & Designs and more all showed off their spectacular goods and services. We left with this conclusion: 2013 is going to be a tremendous year for weddings! Duke Photography provided the photos. If you see any gowns or accessories that you love, inquire within. Enjoy!

A Bride’s Clutch

It’s all about the details. It’s about the gorgeous gown, perfect hair and makeup, and sparkling accessories. One of our favorite bridal accessories is the clutch. The clutch serves a dual purpose. One, it’s fabulous in photos, as it’s another way to bring a bridal look full circle. Two, it’s functional, serving as a carrier for essentials like lip gloss, compact mirror, mints, what-have-you. Below are some of our favorites. And you’ll notice a trend – many are Maria Elena minaudieres. They’re embellished pieces that have “heirloom” written all over them, and we do carry these stunning pieces in our salons. Enjoy the inspiration.     Photo Credits: 1 Maria Elena Headpieces clutch 2 Kristin Vining Photography 3 Lindsay Madden Photography 4 Maria Elena Headpieces accessories 5 Style Art Life / Jimmy Choo clutch (via). 6 Maria Elena Headpieces clutch 7 Lisa Rigby Photography (via) 8 Kristin Vining Photography 9 […]

Lovella Loves…

This chicly unique bouquet, captured beautifully by LA-area photographer Sarah K Chen. We love how brides are expressing themselves not only with their wedding gowns, but through accessories, shoes and bouquets. This bouquet in particular mimics the feel of the bride’s gown – it’s intricate, chic and timeless.
