We’re rolling out exclusive Bridal Market coverage beginning with Ines Di Santo’s exquisite runway show. This collection was truly her best yet! This fresh, fashionable and fabulous Fall/Winter 2015 Couture Collection is inspired by the purity of winter. From the designer’s official statement about the designs: “Lace appliques, pearl detailing and architectural beading create depth while underlays in embroidered tulle, organza and English netting build volume among Peau De Soie and double-faced silk gowns. The color palate ranges from ethereal white and ivory to cameo pink, champagne and petal.” Per usual, Ines showed one of the most dynamic collections we view each year. Historically and consistently, she goes from ball gowns to slinky sexy silhouettes. She integrated many geometric designs and embroideries in this collection. Our ultimate favorite trend on this runway was the over skirts! We absolutely love the dynamic use and added level of drama a detachable skirt creates for […]
When fierce style so fearlessly collides with fabulous fashion, as seen with a bride’s Christian Louboutin shoes in this photo by Chris Joriann. After all, being a bride is about letting your personal sense of style shine through.
When a pair of shoes are photographed beautifully. We posted this image of Jimmy Choo shoes to Facebook. 461 Shares later, we’re still in awe of the response it elicited. Who knows if it’s the crafty way in which Duke Photography captured Lovella Bride Lily’s shoes, or if it’s the sheer fabulousness of the bedazzled earth tone Choos (or a combination of both). No matter why the love, there’s no doubt that this photo stirs up that adoration of shoes in each of us.
We found this wedding via WedLuxe Magazine and couldn’t help but drool over both the bride’s timeless look in all-white and an Ines Di Santo gown, and the decidedly clean and chic color palette of white and blue. Jonetsu Studios did a fabulous job of capturing the details. We love how Ines Di Santo and fabulous weddings go hand-in-hand. ♥ Enjoy!
California Wedding Day’s Urban Unveiled LA is fast approaching! A couple weeks ago we announced on our blog that Lovella would host the exclusive bridal fashion show of the evening. The theme is The Great Gatsby; no other so perfectly encapsulates all the glamour that a wedding can be. Needless to say, we’re excited for this dramatic event. Below is the official inspiration board including images from a shoot from Duke Photography, Kat Minassi Events & Design, and more. (You’ll spy Ines Di Santo gowns from Lovella on the board.) This compilation of images helps to set the tone for next Wednesday, May 1; the event is from 6-10pm. You may purchase your tickets here. We hope you’re in the audience when we send our models down that runway!
