Our exclusive Bridal Market coverage continues with the runway show featuring designer Jorge Manuel’s latest designs. (If you missed photos from the Matthew Christopher runway show wand Edgardo Bonilla private viewing, click here.) Manuel’s Fall/Winter 2015 Collection has such diversity! From slinky gowns showing leg to interesting jewel necklines to a breath taking ball gown, there is something for every bride in this collection. But not to worry; it does stay true to the Jorge Manuel signature of architecture and unique embroideries, laces and beading. Also, we’re incredibly excited to be hosting a trunk show featuring select styles hot off the New York City runway December 5-7, 2014. Stay tuned for more information, or contact us now to secure an appointment. Enjoy these exclusive images! Stay tuned for even more from bridal fashion week.
Israeli label Berta, head designed by Berta herself, will enjoy its first-ever trunk show in Los Angeles… and it will be here at Lovella Bridal July 11-14! A Berta design is for the bride with impeccable taste in fashion. She loves couture and luxurious details. She fancies the finer things, is confident and not afraid to (appropriately) show some skin, and is quite possibly well-traveled. Even if you’re not all of those things, you transform once you don a Berta gown. Though being a bride is about accentuating personal style, it’s also about putting on one amazing show. We hope you join us this weekend! Thanks to popular demand, the trunk show begins Wednesday, July 9 and is by appointment only; secure your spot to select your dream bridal gown today: (818) 246-4637. Below, enjoy images of real Berta brides as sourced from Berta’s official Facebook page. Reut from Israel: […]
We had to do all in our power to not repost all of these images from Jeff and Kristin’s wedding that Duke Khodaverdian captured and shared on his blog. From the couple’s nuptials in a historic museum and gardens to the glamorous and exquisitely-lit intimate reception celebration on the water, the great city of Miami is present in every one of these photos. Lovella bride Kristin absolutely dazzled in an Ines Di Santo ball gown and accessories by Maria Elena Headpieces. She wore shoes from the David Tutera Shoe Collection that worked wonderfully with her bejeweled gown, headpiece and jewelry, all also from our salon. For the reception she changed into a more dance-worthy number: a fabulous mini custom-designed dress, also by Ines Di Santo. In fact, if you love Kristin’s Ines gowns, you’re in luck! We’re hosting an Ines Di Santo trunk show March 14-16, and the designer will […]
We shared photos of our new salon, and then the fashion, and now it’s time to take those and some fun and roll it into one: the celebration! Welcome to the third and final installment of our series documenting the grand reopening of Lovella Bridal on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. Designers Ines Di Santo, Jorge Manuel, Edgardo Bonilla and Maria Elena Fuentes all flew in from across the country for the event. The list of vendors (and friends) who went above and beyond the call of duty to make this night a memorable one for all involved is at the bottom of this post. We’ll let these photos by Duke Photography do the rest of the talking. (And this is only a sampling; view more on our Facebook page.) Enjoy! Words can’t express the joy we felt on the evening of our Grand Opening on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. It feels like just yesterday we were cutting the ribbon at the grand opening of our former Lovella Bridal by Ines Di Santo salon. Over two years later, we’re humbled by the evolution of Lovella. We’re proud that world renowned designer (pictured above, center) remains a central figure of our salon; see below for photos from the Ines Di Santo boutique within Lovella. We enlisted other friends of ours to contribute their talents to Lovella. Jorge Manuel designed our entire salon. Of the space he said: “Lovella is not a space, it is an experience.” Lastly, our front window displays were designed by Edgardo Bonilla. You can find both designers’ collections in our salon. In our last post we thanked so many people, from designers to vendors to guests, that made […]
