In 2012 we wrote: Candles can beautify a mundane setting, or illuminate an already-fantastic one. Not much has changed since then, except we have tons of fresh new inspiration to share. Candles can breathe romance and elegance into your wedding ceremony or reception. They never go out of style, photograph beautifully, and can be easy on the wallet. Candles set the mood for any event and are incredibly versatile. Open flames not permitted at your venue? Couple with glassware like hurricane glasses and your problem is solved. On the eve of our Alvina Valenta Trunk Show weekend, we thought it appropriate to dig into the archives for this gem of a wedding and share a few additional photos not originally posted. Revisit our original post to see all the pretty details that was a part of her and Hryer’s big day, and view their feature on Style Me Pretty. In 2012 we shared Lovella Bride Parisa’s bridal luncheon on our blog, then details of her dreamy Beverly Hills wedding followed. Parisa, owner of Pretty Please Design, stunned in an Alvina Valenta dress complete with a Lazaro belt from Lovella Bridal. The veil, also from our salon, completed her look. Parisa embodied the Alvina Valenta bride: modern, fresh and effortlessly chic. If you’re loving her figure-defining lace confection, then you must make an appointment to attend the Alvina Valenta Trunk Show at Lovella this weekend! Call us at […]
Recently we announced the arrival of Sareh Nouri Bridal designs at Lovella Bridal. Now we’re unveiling the four styles available at our salon! In our exclusive interview with Nouri in November, the designer described a Sareh Nouri bride as “confident, alluring, and effortlessly beautiful on the inside and out.” You’ll see that statement reflected in the romantic designs below. See something you love? It’s your lucky day (or weekend, shall we say); we’re hosting a Sareh Nouri Trunk Show this weekend. For more information, and to book an appointment, click here. We are hopelessly in love with everything about this wedding: Rancho Las Lomas, the adorable bride and groom, the gold cake and white flowers, the classic feel of it all, and that Liancarlo wedding dress. The bride’s gown went along with the theme of the wedding: timeless with an understated elegance. Josh Elliott seamlessly captured the magic of the bride and her gown in these photographs. We detect a pattern here: The Liancarlo bride is happy, endearing, and madly in love. If you love the look and feel of this wedding, lucky you; we carry this exact Liancarlo design at Lovella Bridal. In fact, we are hosting a trunk show this weekend, January 17-19, 2014; there will be no better time to select your dream Liancarlo gown and heirloom jewels to accompany it. Call our salon at (818) 246-4637 to make your appointment.
This is part two of two (view part one) of our private viewing of Ines Di Santo’s Couture Collection during bridal fashion week last weekend. Noted the official statement that accompanied the designer’s new Fall 2014 collection, the “Couture Collection takes flight into a dreamy, sensual, otherworldly realm with a feminine palette. [Atlantis] inspired the airy silhouettes that seem to float along with sublime lightness.” And the last sentence in the statement was quite apropos: “Ines Di Santo’s latest couture statement is a dazzling tribute to the feminine form.” Enjoy the inspiration!
