Summer’s in full swing, and what says “summer” more than the Fourth of July? Across blogs and websites, there’s no shortage of patriotic wedding and entertaining ideas. However, much of the inspiration involves a classic touch or vintage twist. Either that’s the trend now in general, antiques and vintage, or simply a throwback with good ol’ Americana. Either way, we’re sold! Enjoy the inspiration in faded red, white and blue. May your Fourth be full of festivities and fun, but also incredible pride in our country, its storied past, and ultimately our independence as a country. We happened upon this shoot, and found it and its details to be too dreamy, too fantastical, not to share. And we know it’s our lucky day when not one Ines Di Santo gown is featured in a shoot, but two. The two styles were perfect fits for this “Enchanted Secret Garden” spread in Elegant Wedding magazine. Find a complete list of vendors, along with more photos, over on the magazine’s blog. Enjoy! These photos from Jessica Claire make us want to pack our bags for Palm Springs pronto. When were approached by Palm Springs Wed by Palm Springs Style to offer two gowns for this punchy California desert shoot, there was no hesitation in saying “Yes!” The first dress you see below is by Rivini, the second (further down) by Martina Liana. Both dresses feature gorgeous sleeve detail, and are flowing, effortless and stylish — much like Palm Springs itself. Also, both dresses are available at Lovella Bridal. The desert and cool hotel serves as this fashion shoot’s backdrop, punctuated with punchy florals, bold prints and gold and vintage details, complete with plenty of smiles and an amazing sunset (to boot). If you’re a bride and love the Rivini gown below, what with its ethereal yet simple luxurious quality, magnificent neck detail, and undeniable back drama, consider yourself lucky! We’re hosting a […]
The idea of displaying photos in chic glassware, as shown here in this shoot by Brocade Designs with photos by Nathan Westerfield. Cluster photos together on a mantel during your wedding, on a table during a shower, or even in your home as permanent decor. Enjoy the inspiration!
This fabulous jeweled cap by Maria Elena Headpieces; it was featured here and photographed by Carla Ten Eyck. With Gatsby so popular right now, we’re seeing a welcomed resurgence of 20s-era fashions. That means sparkle, glamour and statement looks. And we’re delighted to say that this ultra-special piece is available at Lovella Bridal; inquire within.
